what kind of value would you put on it?

A number of factors play into the value...

* Is it single-signed or are there other signatures on the ball?

* What type of ball is it? (Official MLB Ball, Little League, etc.)

* Is there damage to the other panels, or are any sigs removed?

More and clearer pics are needed to accurately answer your question.

Yes it does appear authentic, but tough to be sure from the blurry/far away image.
