If no one else can help you I could pull four of them from my partial set for you. I have a much longer wantlist - maybe a trade?

I just come across the thread and was trying to think if I had these FT/FS or not. But then I saw you finished the set. Good deal. I see you had to go elsewhere. No surprise at all as that's what I always have to do despite trying to get them here. But it's all good. Glad you were able to finish.
