I see that all the time on Ebay. I don't even like the term, as I think it's a bit too arbitrary, but I don't think half the listings I see are even close to that designation.
I think the one term I've seen on listings for photo's lately that annoy me the most and seems to have become a trend is, "PSA Ready". LOL, everything that PSA will charge you to slab or authenticate is "PSA Ready". :rolleyes: |
Laser photo would fall under the Type III category I believe. The same as a wire photo.

Lasers are usually vintage and of the period, if that is of concern to you, but definitely not a "Type 1".

I equate laser photos with wire photos in that they are photos that are sent to appear in a publication. I typically dislike laser photos unless the content is really special.
