REA Open I see REA’s new monthly auctions are open. Just what my wallet needs! |
|
For some reason I can’t open the catalog.. |
|
I could.... And boy does someone have a lot of ceiling bids. I know it doesn't matter this early in the game, but 9 out of 10 bids placed were instantly outbid. |

You know the hobby has really changed when the first 6 lots are mass produced Jordan cards. Then you have the 4 Ruth and 2 Gehrig Goudeys. I guess Jordan is the Babe Ruth of the 2nd half of the 20th Century. |

Based on the first two, REA's monthly auctions dwarf most other auction houses "major" events. Will be interesting to watch in the coming months. |

Definitely a different feel. Looks more like a Heritage auction. I can't blame them for trying to capitalize on the hot market, but kinda cheapens the brand a little, IMO. |

 Nice variety |

Jordan RC PSA10 as lot 1, and I am the highest bidder! |

I've got my sights on a few of the lower priced cards. I think I'll pass on that 1/4 mil Jordan, though. |

I would expect all Jordan RC PSA10 would start going downhill and back to "normal" price. All auction house has at least one Jordan RC PSA10 in their auctions now. |

**Just got the REA catalog yesterday...Smell is great!!! But noticed-- your USERNAME is written on the package. Which seems concerning??? Why is that bidder # there?? btw- i love the Kreindler paintings of Dimaggio & Cobb in there. Nice!! |
