Disappearing sold auctions from watch list ?

I followed a low grade 1952 topps Mays to see what is sold for. But when I went to check what the card sold for it was gone . I assumed it was a fluke. I checked all sold 1952 Mays but it was not there either.

Just recently I was watching 1954 topps Hank Aaron auto rookie to see what it sold for and the same thing happened. I was able to find it only because of a email I received before the close of the item.

Anyone else have anything similar happen?

They probably sold off of ebay and the seller took down the listings.

I know you can filter your watched items on the eBay app on your phone to show "ended" vs. active. Those will show sold or ended items. Not sure if just "ended" and not sold will show in the same manner on the web version.

Have you tried this? Just remove the Mathewson and enter what you are searching for.

This. I have had this happen a number of times...seems more common recently.

If an item ends early (probably because it was sold off ebay) it disappears from your watchlist eventually but doesn't end up in "sold" or "completed" listings. They just....vanish!
