Custom Baseball Card Artwork Available

The following is a paid ad:

I posted this in a couple of BST forums (with some success) but not everyone looks at those, so I thought I would try here.

My daughter is an art school graduate who recently has been drawing baseball cards using either ballpoint pen or water-based paint markers. For a price to be determined (we're talking hundreds, not thousands), she will create a personalized piece of art based on the card of your choice. The images are postcard-sized on 11" X 14" quality art paper. Further specifics (price, turnaround time, etc.) can be discussed with her directly at lily.maslanka@gmail.com. Below are samples of work she has already done and more can be seen at https://www.lilymaslanka.com/work/baseball.

The color drawings work better on cards that are photo-based rather than painting-based (those would essentially be paintings of paintings); but, of course, the card you wanted would be up to you (she recently did a 1953 Topps Mantle that turned out nicely).

Thank you for your consideration.

That is some beautiful work. Better get one now before her work is out of my price range.:)

Those are nice...I like the 1963 Koufax and how realistic the action pose in the circle inset is.

And it appears she is perfectly willing to depict something as unseemly as Don Mossi's ears, so your hero and his unique features will be in capable hands.

Absolutely incredible work! And hat tip to you for getting her interested enough in baseball cards to want to draw them!

Thank you all for your positive feedback. I didn't want to reply just to bump the thread, but since someone recently posted a comment anyway, I will say that she is both a big baseball fan and really loves the imagery and graphic design of certain cards, from Old Judge cabinets, to DeLong, to Wilson Franks, to many '50s and '60s Topps sets (I know she likes 1959 but I don't know if that's her favorite and I don't want to wake her to ask). And hopefully it is obvious that you do not have to send her the card, it's easy enough to find most images online somewhere.
