Historic Autographs Incorrectly Slabbed Autograph

Was looking through eBay earlier and noticed that the incorrect autograph was slabbed for this item. Walter Neb Stewart versus the correct Walter Cleveland (Lefty) Stewart. Has anyone seen this happen with Historic Autographs on any other players?

Guy last week had a PSA slabbed "Joe Jackson" that was actually, and should have been slabbed, "Mrs. Joe Jackson"...only about a difference of 3 extra zeros on those price tags lol The seller knew and disclosed it.

I had this one. The certification indicated that it was Bill Russell signing the Cazzie Russell card. I had to send back to fix.

You guys are not answering his actual question, which is referring to the company "Historic Autographs," not just slab errors or PSA gaffes.

You can look back in past posts, I saw two in the past-

1) An Alexander Cartwright autograph that sure looked like it was an Onion Skin copy.

2) A Charles Comiskey autograph that was actually and Charles Comiskey II autograph

I don't think think either of these were actually slabbed, but the cards were incorrect.

This happened years ago with a different company, but the worst I ever saw was an Eddie Plank card with a ballpoint signature of the 1970's Giants pitcher of the same name! I don't recall which company this was, but could they please hire someone with half a clue?
