 He’s a usual suspect. |

Actually for some reason I believe his last name was Louis, and 'St.' is an abbreviation for Steve. So yes, his name is likely Steve Louis. Brian |

1 Attachment(s) I wonder if he is one of these fine gentlemen? Sorry I couldn't find a bigger image, but the uniforms look close. |
|
Possibly this guy? His jersey seems to be at least very similar to 1888-1890 St. Louis Browns, and Billy Hart played for the Browns in 1890. <a href="https://ibb.co/Vx6y6MF"><img src="https://i.ibb.co/C6LdLVj/BR-Ref-Billy-Hart.png" alt="BR-Ref-Billy-Hart" border="0"></a> |

Are these funny? I'm mystified about some of the responses here... if you're going to clutter up a thread with irrelevant stuff, at least make an effort to come up with something that's actually humorous.... |

If in fact this is a Major League St. Louis uniform/player, the first place to start looking would be a player that lived in the Clinton, MA area. That would be the only reason that he would have had his photo taken in a Clinton studio. I attempted to search for such, but unfortunately the few that matched the criteria did not have images on wikipedia or baseball reference.... |
