Basketball HOF

I know it's weird because it's not the NBA HOF, but someone explain to me how Sid Moncrief is in and Marques Johnson isn't.

I'd guess it's the 5 times All-Defensive and the 2 times Defensive Player of the Year awards, that's the difference.
