No tears, and it's some sort of baseball scratch off game. Not sure what it was for, and I've never seen the other side of it.

The back card is a game two people play. You take turns scratching off the spots to play a game of baseball. Topps also did this one year in the sixties or early seventies. I have several my brother and I scratched off.
