1) University of Michigan RPPC Nov 18 1910 Michigan-Penn Ferry Field. From what I can find online, this is the first documented Block M in the stands: see

2) A really cool set of snapshots from an album almost certainly owned by one of the players. Most of the photos are baseball, one showing George Sisler, but there is another of baseball coach of MLB and T206 fame Carl Lundgren with football coach Fielding Yost. Last image (zoomed) looks the most like Sisler—-in the middle with white jersey visible from under his sweater next to guy with dark sweater on
