Could it be Ned Yost? I know he won 1 maybe 2 World Series but I do not recall if we won the series MVP

Ben Zobrist?

Indeed. Zobrist is the most notable Woodchuck alum from the collegiate summer league. The Wisconsin Woodchucks play at Athletic Field in Wausau, WI. They have a website for the league, but stats are not included in Baseball Reference.
They have a mascot named Woody who resembles the Brewers mascot Bernie.
Ben’s wife ran away with their pastor resulting in both a divorce and a law suit. Zobrist played multiple positions for multiple teams and generally made positive contributions. His World Series heroics were with the Cubs.

Zobrist is getting close to the end of the line alphabetically, but George Zuverink remains a candidate for future trivia.:D
