Identifying Signatures on an old Indians Signed Ball

Because of Tipton on the ball and Boudreau on the sweet spot, I'm assuming most of these guys were on the '48 Team. But I still can't make out several.
On this panel, I can't figure out the third guy. Last name definitely starts with an "H". |

I am pretty sure the other is Bill Lobe who was the bullpen catcher for the 1948 team.

Wow. You did better cold turkey in five minutes with crappy pictures than I did with ball in hand. Thanks so much.

Any opinions on likelihood of authenticity, value and best way to sell or trade for cards? The ball was a child hood possession of my step dad. His name is also printed on the ball in child like printing. "Billy Feeney" I'm inclined to probably keep it, but it doesn't fit the other Dodgers stuff he gave me and I'm concerned that they will continue to fade.
