PSA set Registry question

Hi Gang:

I am not a graded guy but I do check out PSA's set registry from time to time. For many of the guys who have registry sets there is an icon of an envelope that in the past has allowed people to message them through PSA.

I tried to do this for a few quys today and when I clicked on the envelope icon it took me to a PSA HELP AND SUPPORT page. Not to the usual contact form.

Is it just me? Is it a temp situation or did PSA do away with the option to contact other collectors? Please excuse me if this has been discussed before.

Any input appreciated

I get the same PSA HELP AND SUPPORT when I click the �contact user� envelope icon.

Not sure if you're aware but there is a PSA set registry forum. I'm not active on it but it may have some answers for you.

I'm sure this is because PSA has partners with ebay and now allows you to sell cards from your registry accounts grith the PSA store on ebay. So they're probably taking steps to prevent sales outside of ebay and working on ways to sell cards only through them.
