Autograph Assistance Needed; 1970 World Champions?
 

obviously the Baltimore Orioles won the 1970 World Series, but I'm trying to decipher who this signature is?

I don't believe it to be a rostered player or a coach, but perhaps someone in the front office? Any assistance would be appreciated...

It appears the top 2 lines may be two different signatures. I am not familiar with either.

What type of Rawlings ball is this?

The top signature is prospect Jud Fabian. Which makes it unusual to have someone from the 70s on the same ball. Do you know where the signatures were obtained?

After looking at some old Orioles media guides, I think the sig under Fabian is former team director of sales and promotion Don B. Shaver.
