Error Cards- Bobbie Doerr.
I understand not all error cards carry more value. Case in point, the 1947 Bobby Doerr Homogenized Bond Bread card, D305. The spelling on the D305 card is “Bobbie Doerr”. In this case Homogenized Bond Bread did not issue a corrected version of the card. But I have a photo just like the card, does this change anything? The photo is believed to be from the National Sports photo company 1947. John To post that might be of interest on the photos I have. https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=359672 https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=359423 |

Your photo sort of looks like a premium to me. I am not sure how many actual photos come with their name written on them. Andrew (TCMA) does a nice job of explaining names on photos, in one of those links. Some do come with names, but I consider some of those premiums.
Nice items! REA, and I, considers this one a card as it's on card-like stock. . |
See the two links for information on the photos, great work by members on net54, to solve a 48 year old mystery on the photos. Thanks to Andrew (TCMA) he was a big help in those post. John.
