Photo was taken when he was with Boston. Used years later by Spalding, with artistic license to show him in Yankee Pinstripes...

I stand corrected! Thought it was a contemporary (1932) photo. Didn't think of the possibility of a 13+ yr old Ruth photo being used (and enhanced). Lesson learned, don't think :)
