I probably have 200+ postcards with stadiums on them. The old, ragged stadiums are interesting to me.

I have read the book and it is very informative and brought back memories of some to the ballparks I have attended that are no longer. Especially interesting history to me is Crosley Field in Cincinnati, where I saw my first MLB games in the 1960's.

Thanks, Tim. The ballparks that disappeared (like Crosley Field) seem to leave an overtone in their wake. As Leon stated in the thread-- the old stadiums were interesting. Decades ago, I did my best to see a few before demolition.
