Is it the 2-tone model with blonde handle and black barrel, with the circular Black Betsy Decal? If so, the value depends largely upon the condition of the decal, whether it's been restored, etc.

But as stated, a picture tells 1,000 words.

Looks like the decal portion has completely worn away. But still a nice/desirable/rare retail model bat with a Joe Jackson connection. I would estimate $475 - $550 in that condition (assuming no cracks, knob chips, etc.)
