1910's Babe Ruth era Fenway Beer Bottle Opener

Since they've been selling beer at Fenway Park since 1912 would like the think it was from a beer vendor there who was cracking cold ones open for the fans.
Definitely vintage to the period or maybe came from a tavern outside the park back in the days of Babe Ruth. Just a VERY neat side piece & conversation piece! Combination Bottle Opener & Corkscrew Manufactured 1915-1918 Advertising FENWAY Breweries Company, Boston, Massachusetts and 2 Kentucky Malts Made in U.S.A. Description: The "All-Ways" combination pulls a cork, takes out the aluminum stopper, removes a seal, lifts a crown cap. The sheath handle inserts into the corkscrew ring for pulling assistance. This item advertises 3 different products or businesses: "FENWAY ALE, LAGER & PORTER" (Boston, Mass., see below) "GREEN RIVER RYE" (Kentucky) "OLD STONE WHISKEY" "KEEP A LITTLE IN THE HOUSE" (Kentucky) Also marked: "PAT. APRIL 30, 1910" The Fenway Breweries Company was only in existence from 1915-1918, thus dating this item to that period. This brewery appeared to have 2 addresses, the first being 89 Conant St. in Boston, but also "100 Longwood Ave.", which is only minutes from Boston's famous Fenway Park.
