Ted Williams Clubs of America and/orTed Williams New Sports Cartoon/Ted Williams Says

I have recently picked up these 3 items from 2 EBAY sellers.

I find next to nothing on the Ted Clubs of America in online research.

These 3 items are the only examples of these "printing plates" that I've found.

Does anyone know about the Club and/or have other examples of these plates?

Thanks.

Those are neat. Ted did a ton of marketing, advertising and signing. So, it's not surprising stuff like this exists. Good luck!

Since there won't be too many posts in the thread. Here is a 1943 Premium I just picked up. Ted signed everything ! (could have done without the taped corners)

Thanks Leon.

I love oddball stuff like this as well. Just strange that I find nothing at all about this organization."

Also interesting these are all addressed to same individual.

I love that Ted signed item you posted. too

Ted Williams Says

Looks like these ran in newspapers in the 1964-65 period based on the cancellation stamps on the envelopes. After his playing days Ted Williams signed his name to various endorsement deals. He had a big contract with Sears. There was a Ted Williams baseball camp. The organization mentioned on the envelopes sounds like something setup for the newspaper cartoon endorsement deal. The image below is from Worth Point.

Thanks for this image. Shows three other cartoons AND has same recipient as my three. Very interesting....
