The Ultimate Baseball Trivia Test

Just post questions without the answer, but make sure there is an answer.
Please don't answer any of the questions posted by others.

Collectively we should be able to develop a test of 20-25 questions that would be difficult to pass with or without looking up the answers. Answers to certain questions may be easy for some, but should be difficult for most members.

If your question is selected for the final exam, you may need to PM me with the answer. Question #1 may give you an idea of what may qualify.

1. What is the building in straight away center field that every batter at Comerica Park sees when batting?

Probably too easy for this group.

1. Name the Team and the year that fielded the first all-black starting line-up in MLB history.

2. Name the 1st player to hit 500 home runs in the National League.

According to Major League Baseball, the answer to #1 is one of the 1920 Negro National League teams. But that's probably not the answer you're looking for...

Even with all the home runs of the roid era there are still only 4 players with at least 10 letters in their last name who hit 40 or more home runs in a season. Can you name them?

Only three Major League MVP's were also college football All-Americans. Who are they?

Only one person is in both the football and baseball Halls of Fame. Who is it?

Yaz is one of them (I'm sure I won't spell it correctly!)

I don’t think you’re supposed to answer per OPs post.

Important

Please, do not answer any of the proposed questions. Only looking for unusual questions that only a few may know. Whether you give an answer that is right or wrong, you are breaking the ground rules.

I knew this would be a difficult concept for this crowd to grasp.:D
