PSA Bulk Submission Question - Crossovers
 

My apologies if this has been asked and answered 20 times on the forum. I have searched and can't find the answer.

I have 20 or so post-war cards in SGC holders which I would like to submit to PSA (yes, I am chasing a registry set).

Can I submit these under PSA's bulk service?

If they are crossovers (meaning you aren’t cracking them out of the slabs to submit them) then you have to pay the regular fee. If you remove the cards from the slabs and submit them for raw card grading then you can submit as Value Bulk.
