Unknown Jackie Robinson Card Panel

Hello,
We have a Jackie Robinson item that we cannot find anything about. We do not know if this is part of a set of cards, if it was issued as a panel, or if it was meant to be cut into individual cards. The top looks like it was cut off as though there is not an even top border. There is no writing on the back and we are wondering if this could have been meant for a distributor like the 1949 Gulf Station cards, to print their own information. We do not know if they are related to that, but it is just an example of the possible use of a blank back. The panel measures approximately 10 1/8" long and just short of 3" tall. It is on a light weight card stock and definitely shows age. There is damage to the Robin Roberts card, most visible on the back. We notice that the Allie Reynolds 1949 Bowman card is a pretty close match to the photo in our piece. All 4 players played part of their careers in the 1940's and played up to at least the mid to late 1950's. Can you help us identify this strip? The image link is below. Any info would be very much appreciated.
Thank you very much.

Voting none of the above.

Simply looks like a clipping from a program or magazine cover. The selection and labels looks like some sort of award winners page. Perhaps a Sporting News or something in 1951 when all them had league leader years and Reynolds won the Hickok for the two no hitters.

Year is a guess, but I still say it’s a clipping and thus worth only what someone interested would pay.

Thicker Than Paper

Thanks for the comment. It is thick paper like cardstock, not like a magazine or clipping would be.

Am I the only one who can't see the (supposed?) image of what's being talked about here??

Maybe from a program. Here is something pretty similar.

JollyElm, You may have some photo sharing sites blacklisted through your browser, whether you intend to or not.

As to the item, if it's cardstock (and not pasted on board), maybe it's from an end-of-year awards program.

Reminds me of the items on Ebay where people cut up old Dell Baseball Magazines, then glue them to cardboard and try to pass them off as rare "Premiums" or samples.

If it is legit, it would probably be from 1953 or 1954.....

Reynolds is listed as a relief pitcher, he was a starter until 1952 and Jackie Robinson is listed as a Utility player, he was a exclusively a second baseman until 1952, and starting in 1953 played OF, 3B, 2B, 1B until he retired.

Maybe you should post a picture of the back
