Purchased a historic "Cut" Babe Ruth PSA/DNA Certified Autograph from The Bullpen Sports Collectibles in Manhattan. Upon receiving the FedEx package, I immediately noticed significant evidence of tampering.
This item was graded and authenticated by PSA/DNA and has a special inscription on the back which cannot be replicated. contact PSA so they mark it stolen in the system. Anyone that checks the cert number will see that the number has been flagged.
