Baseball programs from 1900 - Cornell University
 

Recently purchased a scrapbook that contained 7 Cornell University baseball programs and two game tickets. The Cornell coach was Hughie Jennings, who was a rookie coach while attending Law School at Cornell.

The games are as follows:
April 14 vs New York University - Coach John McGraw
April 21 vs Carlisle Indian Industrial - Coach Pop Warner
May 12 vs Pennsylvania - Coach Charles McCoy
May 19 vs Princeton - Coach William McElroy + game ticket
May 26 vs University of Michigan - Coach Fielding Yost + game ticket
June 4 vs University of Chicago - Coach AA Stagg
June 19 vs Carlisle Indian Industrial - Coach Pop Warner

Three MLB players are in the programs - Louis Leroy Carlisle, Homer Hillebrand, and Dutch Meier from Princeton.

The programs are scored and include line-ups, measuring 5 1/2" x 8 3/4" across eight pages. The programs are in good to very good condition. There is some residue on the back covers from the scrapbook. Overall, very clean.
