Thurman Munson Statue at Kent State
At Kent State on Saturday, they unveiled a statue of Thurman. He played there in 1967 and 1968. He hit .391 in those seasons. They wrote against Bowling Green he was intentionally walked 16 straight at bats. I read this in the Canton Repository.
