The TLDR is guy had Fanatics vault his cards, tried to have them shipped, and ran into significant delays/issues doing so. The Fanatics AI chatbot informed him that he should pursue legal action against Fanatics for the delay and lack of communication. Lo and behold, his cards are overnighted to him the next day!
