PSA Order - 1 logged, 1 not
 

My dad sent PSA two orders, in the same box. One was logged in as "received" on Friday. The other (oversized cards), is still marked "not received".

How worried should I be? (I recall prior horror stories of cards being accidentally tossed.....)

I'd be more worried about the erroneous grades you'll get back.

PSA's stellar customer service will not likely give you a clear answer in a timely manner, but they will eventually find the other cards that they couldn't seem to "receive" with the others residing in the same box.

I wouldn't worry just yet. It's not uncommon for there to be a gap between two orders being logged, even when they are in the same box. Especially because it's basically only been a day since the first one was logged.

Hopefully you put the "combined order" bar code on the outside of the box, showing that there were multiple orders in the box.
