Corfine Bros. Old Joker Cigarettes?
 

I had a research appointment at the Met looking into some trade cards for a potential project and I came across a wrapper that looks just like the Old Judge wrapper. It looked like a proof for Old Joker Cigarettes by Corfine Bros. Anyone ever heard of this?

Reminiscent of a Wacky Packages parody. A very quick and rudimentary Google search for "Corfine Bros" turns up nothing. That name also sounds like a play on "Coffin" or "Coughin'"

19th century parody sets exist for other cigarette/tobacco sets, so I'll echo that Old Joker is probably a send-up of their competition.
