Change in shipping with me
 

[ from now on today forward, there will be no more plain white envelope shipping without tracking. Even if you buy one card you're going to have to pay $5 or $6 or whatever it is for trap first class ground advantage. I have had three or four incidents with people claim they never got the item and I trust people that they didn't get the item. I tried to do searches I'm missing items and have not been able to locate anything. And I'm going broke having the refund people. If you do not want to buy anything with first class shipping anymore, I'm sorry but I won't be able to sell to you. I'm just really fed up with everything right now. I usually keep all my mailing receipts for when it's been shipped even if I don't use a debit card , BUT SOMETINES A RECEIPT IS LOST.but then trying to do these stupid searches is useless. And I'm out money that I can't afford for having to refund the customers and believing that they're being honest. Sorry for the vent but I'm not a wealthy man and this is getting me very upset.[/B]

Do not even think about refunding me anything for the Matchbooks. I know only too well the mail problems with PWE's and this is partially my fault, since I knew of problems I have had with PWE's, and didn't pay the the extra.
