Posted By: <b>Geno</b><p>I wish I had the luck of that guy! He found a very similar lot of 1933 Goudey cards and sold those on Sep 25th. Then another '33 Ruth on Oct 5. A '52 Mantle on Oct 8. Forty-three Cracker Jacks on Oct 11. A '33 Gehrig on Oct 16. Ruth strip cards on Oct 18. Another Goudey Gehrig on Oct 24. More Cracker Jacks on Oct 26. Now this big box of Goudeys - this guy is a super sleuth at tracking down old cards in attics! I'd say that's a pretty good haul for a fella that "doesn't know much about cards, just found them." I guess I'm just not trying hard enough...I would love to offer congrats to his buyers, but alas, they were private bidders. Someday when the Cubs win the Series, I'll do as well as Mr. Beverleychop...
