Trimmed E121 value Posted By: Richard Dwyer
Came across an E121 Series of 120 Harry Heilmann (name spelled incorrectly) that has been trimmed. The entire border is gone. What would be the value of a card like this? |

Trimmed E121 value Posted By: Richard Dwyer
This one is better condition. Too bad it was trimmed.

|

Trimmed E121 value Posted By: identify7
This is an excellent example, in my humble opinion, of a card which looks better without its borders. And although it is not likely to appreciate much, it has essentially no downside.

The perfect collector card. There is a w517 Ruth and Gehrig in similar (somewhat lesser) condition on eBay right now. I wonder what they will sell for. |

Trimmed E121 value Posted By: dennis
it's a 220 if its national caramel on back |

Trimmed E121 value Posted By: Richard Dwyer
Your right, has National Caramel Company on back. Sorry, don't have current Standard Catalog. What would be the grade and value on this card? TIA |
|
Trimmed E121 value Posted By: Tim Newcomb
Grade would be Poor (trimmed)

Value would be $10, I'd estimate. |

Trimmed E121 value Posted By: Richard Dwyer
Perfect example of why you shouldn't trim a card. Not only does it look bad, but the value is completely gone. |
