Can anyone help me with this Wagner Photo?

Seller stated its 5" x 8.25", is blank backed and printed on heavy stock paper. Seller thought was some type of premium from the 1930s. thanks to anyone who can help. Posted By: <b>davidcycleback</b><p>From the image, it looks as if his name was rubber stamped rather than originally printed as part of the picture. Perhaps it was stamped in response to a via mail autograph request. It has folds the standard horizontal folds consistant with being mailed. It was not uncommon for a kid to send a picture to the ball player to be signed.
