Posted By: <b>Russ Bright</b><p>Hey everyone, I'm posting to say thanks for the outpouring of support and let everyone know that all my Auction problems were resolved with Heritage quickly and in a manner that was amicable for everyone involved - <br /><br />I would like to publicly apologize to the fine people at Heritage for any trouble or backlash I may have caused (that was never my intention) and I would also like to apologize for any harm or confusion that was caused by my airing of my dirty laundry on the board - We're all here for the cards, and I took it a step too far - <br /><br />thanks for letting me Vent, I will do my best to NOT let it happen again

Posted By: <b>leon</b><p>This is a very mature post/thread you have made. It speaks volumes about your character. There is NO auction house, or individual, that hasn't made mistakes. Every auction house I know of is good to deal with and will correct mistakes if given a chance. Even the very few auction houses I have ever had an issue with will make good on issues if given an opportunity. best regards
