Posted By: <b>Anonymous</b><p>A very ugly holder, IMO... and Frank Garo carries NO weight among autograph authenticators. Perhaps just a step or two ahead of Frangipani.<br><br><br><br>To Steve's point... the Market will never accept this grading company.

Posted By: <b>Alan U</b><p>Concerning the cards on ebay, I bought some E101's from her that she had graded by SGC and a couple of raw T206's that got numerical grades from SGC. <br><br>I had some discussions with her and she's selling her father-in-laws cards and she didn't want to spend so much to get them graded so she started using Arrowhead. She also had that big lot of George C. Miller's so I think that her cards are pretty much authentic and unaltered.<br><br>-Alan
