I have seen many PSA cards given the (OC) qualifier that were not as off as this one.<br /><br />I know you can tell PSA not to put a Qualifier on it and they would just downgrade it to adjust to the centering.<br /><br />Thanks Bob...

Sometimes inexplicably cards that should be OC arent given the qualifier (grader error) and i know with atleast the high grade material that if a card has very strong "eye appeal" they will forgive centering issues which i think is dumb because it doesnt get any more subjective then the term "eye appeal" or any more objective then centering.
