You could be right, but why does it matter? PSA will not grade any short cards if they actually take a second to measure it. If they didn't, they have obviously graded some trimmed aspects as well...

I bet they haven't been contacting people that their card bumped higher for free during re-holder... So you have a chance to get holdered at equal grade or lower...

I would treat it as a rinse and repeat almost like a minsizerq. I think an 8 is possible since OPC. Topps I wouldn't go above 7, just my opinion.
