I have about 25 in PSA 10, the rest 8, 8.5, 9 which adds up to an 8.64 GPA.
Some low pops, some stars in 8.5 & 9.

I have spent about $50K in purchases and grading fees. I would hope that a ...

'72s

I was never much of a fan of this set in 1972. In fact, I did not even collect it. I guess the freaky design grew on me over the years and now I kinda like it. The quality of the players in the...

Unsure when that Stagg was taken

But it is great photo of him, and obviously from his Chicago Maroons days (40 years their head FB coach, along with 20 years head baseball coach, along with a year of head hoops coach). A remarkable...

"I just consigned 800 cards with GM"

It was actually closer to 750 PSA graded and 100 raw. Even though they made what I at first thought might be a critical error in ending the ten day eBay auction on SAT nite instead of SUN nite, as...

Drawing a conclusion....

Great info from Detroit! From my recollection, we in SoCal had issues with the late series in '64, '66 and '67 for sure. To me '67 was the worst. Still wondering if anyone (NY areas?) on East...

I don't agree with the EX 5

This appears to be a solid 6 all the way. The upper right "damage" that has been frequently referred to as "issue" is not so egregious that it brings it down to a 5. I have had many '71's graded by...

My Thorpe 8 was sold recently....

It fetched about $4,500 on Mile High early AUG.

Based on the recent 9 sale, those 8's could be significantly higher now. We'll see.

In 2010 PSA grades...
