I'd guess that the 360 card container was likely a secondary market re-package for Wal-Mart. They had a lot of that going on during that time period.

I'd guess that he had something written on the his wrist tape they did not want to show. Fleer did a better job of just whiting it out, while Topps went full Rembrandt and painted him a mannequin...

Definitely want to peel. Odds are much better you will get a better grade.

I only grade peeled b/c I like the way they display better...
