If you have easy access to his DD214 I believe the awards and ribbons would be listed there as well. It's possible he earned some stuff towards the end of service and they didn't make it on...

Typically 2x-3x face value for an average one, possibly much high if it has something special going for it(star note, interesting serial#, etc) or is a high grade.

Don't normally cross over to post war much, but picked up a few interesting ones. A pair of 51B double overprints, a 52T offset scrap and 53T wrong back.

Yeah, hard to say with the small pictures, but the centering definitely holds it back some. Either way, it's a beautiful card!
