Default Look what the U.S. Post Office did to my card

I shipped this card from Pennsylvania to an eBay buyer in Milwaukee last month. I secured it between two heavy pieces of cardboard, then mailed it inside a thick bubble mailer.

This is how it arrived to him:

Card itself is ruined with two large creases now, so the USPS transformed this card from an 8 into a 1. Thanks! Only a $20 loss that I had to eat (uninsured), but figured I would post this on here to vent and as a warning to others.

This is the second graded card the USPS has cracked for me in a span of two years. I guess the only way to guarantee that they won't destroy your card is to place them in priority mail boxes. And the government wonders why the Post Office finds itself in a $15 billion debt hole.

UPS HERE I COME!
