Posting here because some folks were very helpful in suggestions for bringing it to market... I found it in a pile of old Yankees tickets and programs a few years back, got it encapsulated and now listed with Huggins & Scott's latest auction.
It's one of only two on the PSA registry, and it's from one of the most historic days in the history of Yankee Stadium. Mickey Mantle's debut and first hit and run, the only day he and Joe DiMaggio were both in the lineup for a Yankees Opening Day, and Bob Sheppard's first day behind the mic. Oh, and the Yankees blanked Ted Williams and the Red Sox, en route to another championship...
