I just walked down Court Street to check out what is going on, and to help her out while she made a quick pit stop. She is now on the line for 2 1/2 hours and I think she has another hour to go. I was reading the other post, with Kevin praising you for your NJ ties and skimmed over the NY part. No idea if it is in effect up there but I certainly hope not with all the time she spent there! Oh well, at least I put the info out there in case others didn't know.
Its weird where I live, I'm on the border of a county with the rationing in effect and one that isn't, so people just finding that info out could literally go across the street at one spot because the county divide is the middle of the street between the two stations
