			It could be real.  Indiana's close to Chicago too.  I'm sure there's a good number of Indiana families with ancestors from Chicago. 
 As noted it's pick up-only, which has positives and negatives for the buyer.
 
 The father of a local woman I met obtained a 1930s autograph lined notebook at a Seattle Goodwill where he worked.  Signatures included Ruth, Throrpe, Foxx, Walter Johnson and many, many more. There were perhaps over 200 signatures. She consigned it through Mastro and, as I recall, it sold for something $7,000.  I looked at the notebook in person before she consigned it.  The father had gotten it a good number of years earlier, though.  Not a recent find.
