Doug- If you are going to sell it, imo........It would be wise to Take this advice, get it slabbed (too high value not to) and auction it. Just the way it is. There is no need to do anything else. Your top 20 bidders are probably reading this message
. They can do what they want with it if they win it. ....
After learning of it's rarity that seems like a smart thing to do. Good luck with whatever you do too.
