I had the same autographed photo. I purchased that photo and many other autographed HOF photos from a well known dealer on the Las Vegas strip.
Fortunately with the help of the San Diego FBI office I was able to get all money back .
I also had a Sandy Koufax autographed baseball with a Stan Sports COA that I was able to get my money back.
