Default Reduced: 1939 Cavalcade of Baseball ticket stub Cooperstown Centennial Celebration

Here's the description of a full ticket from a Legendary auction in November:

This ticket was good for a single admission ... to the Cavalcade of Baseball "Auspices of National Baseball Centennial Commission" on June 12, 1939. The event took place at Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, and the event's premise—highlighted in fine print on this General Admission ducat—was to commemorate the "... Centennial Celebration of the Invention of Baseball by Abner Doubleday."

The full ticket sold in Legendary for $956. Here are some other documented sales of full tickets, along with descriptions:

http://www.robertedwardauctions.com/...2012/1064.html ($1,659)

http://www.milehighcardco.com/1939-c...-lot21634.aspx ($1,477)

Here's the only documented sale of a ticket stub I could find (I didn't search eBay):

http://natedsanders.com/1939-coopers...d-lot8448.aspx ($624)

EDITED TO ADD: I did find a completed sale on eBay of a stub in significantly lesser condition with writing on the front.

The ticket stub I'm selling measures about 2.75 by 5.5 inches and is in beautiful condition with no creases.

Price is $450 accepting offers delivered within the United States.

PayPal is fine. No need to "gift" your payment. (Check, cash, money order also OK and preferred).

A commitment to buy takes precedence over an ongoing negotiation.

Feel free to email any questions.

Thanks,

Rob
