Actually all you do is click on the little icon that says Buy/Sell/Trade and it is no different than anything else on the forum. No permission, no nothing...you just need to be logged in. That prevents anyone from randomly going there, which helps a little with security. But yes, "a" BST thread a week, per member, is fine and shouldn't be too complicated for this forum.
