I don't have any Galarraga cards on your list, but I do have a 1996 Atlanta Journal Constitution (AJC) photo card (8x11.5) of his. These were produced by the Atlanta Braves Foundation and are usually tough to find.
As for the '98 crusade reds (I'm a Maddux collector), the asking prices are usually pretty hefty.
